There is a queen size bed (linen and towels included) in the sleeping area, a computer (WiFi internet is included in the rental fee), local phone and a TV-set.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances – fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, pots, etc.

You can do your laundry downstairs in the building – just need some change for it.

There is cafe in the next building, Wellington Street around the corner where a lot of cafes, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, boutiques, special stores etc. 400 m from St-Laurence river with parks, bike passes.

Free overnight parking at the building.
This a perfect place to stay for one person or a couple.
